Any workflows you create can be run on

Slack, so you can automate tasks and queries without switching context.

Connecting to Slack

1

Go to Recase Dashboard

Navigate to your Recase Dashboard and click on the “Connect to Slack” button in the workflows section.

2

Authorize Recase

You’ll be redirected to Slack’s authorization page. Click “Allow”.

Slash Commands

There are two types of slash commands you can create:

  • /rc-list: This will list all the workflows you have created.
  • /rc [query]: This will search for the most relevant workflow, extract the inputs and run it.

Using the /rc command

Example workflow: Create a Linear issue

/rc send to linear a task about adding CSV export functionality to the testing tool… high priority.

Example workflow: Query a payment

/rc figure out why payment_239842739847 was declined
